Why should you even bother getting on the mat in the morning?
Whether it’s to sit still, doing some yoga, Pilates, stretch or any other form or exercise I’ll give you 3 reasons to do it:
🌿It will set the calm and grounded feeling for the day for you to face anything you need to face. It might literally release the tension from your shoulders.
🧘🏻♀️ It will help your body get stronger and more flexible day after day, especially if, like me, you spend many ours sitting at the desk these days.
😊 It will help clear the morning chatter which might start straight after you wake up.
You know what I mean: the to do lists in your mind, the I cannot do this and that, and all the noise inside you.
It’s a moment just for yourself.
