1. When and where was the last time you ate?
2. What made you decide to eat?
3. What did you eat?
4. What thoughts and emotions came up when you were eating?
5. What else was happening while you were eating?
6. How did you decide when to stop eating?
7. What thoughts and emotions came up when you were finished eating?
