Stop using food to deal with emotions

But, what am I going to do in between my meals?

This is one of the main concerns clients share when I put them in front of the opportunity to work on their emotions without reaching out for food all the time during the day.

The answer is:

👉You learn how to sit with your feelings.

👉You learn how to live with boredom.

👉You learn how to release stress.

👉You learn how to put healthy boundaries with people.

Whatever applies to you, you name it.

Ultimately, you learn how to live your life.

Maybe now, you are dreaming of a future when you’ll be healthy, skinny and everyone will love and appreciate you. In the meanwhile though, you stay at home and deal with all the above by eating; sometimes you cry or talk badly to yourself and then eat again. There’ll be time for you dream. Until then you just keep eating.

Well, it doesn’t have to be this way.
