LET’S SUPPORT OUR MIND-BODY BALANCE WITH THE POWER OF AFFIRMATIONS.

Affirmations are statements that can help you reconsider and overcome self-sabotaging  and negative thoughts. When you repeat them often, and believe in them, you can start to re-frame your thoughts and make positive changes in your life.

💭 Here are some affirmations to help you develop a confident attitude around your ability to create healthy habits, trust your body and thrive.

IS IT FOR ME?

❤️This is for you if you’re struggling with emotional eating, if you feel out of control with food and you can’t see the way out of this rut.

❤️It will also help those who have started their journey to heal their relationship with food.

Make regular time during your week to repeat these 6 affirmations in the morning, before night time or any time that suits you, as long as it’s a moment of calm and, possibly, distraction-free.

🖊 ☕️If you like journaling, you can also write down the thoughts and feelings that come as you go through these affirmations.
