My mission and my passion as a Psychologist and Eating Coach is to help you achieve your wellbeing goals and overcome the challenges related to food and body confidence.
I guide you to eat more mindfully, bringing back the connection with your body wisdom and intuition, so that you stop dieting and thinking in terms of ‘good’ or ‘bad’ food. As a result you’ll be able to focus your energy on other important areas of your life.
Our sessions will be focused on your specific needs. We work on how your mind shapes the food choices you make today, to ensure you break free from the food obsession and go back to enjoy food without guilt, shame, counting calories or restricting yourself.

I know the hardest time is when you are on your own working on your daily food choices.
For this reason my coaching program includes regular check-ins in between our sessions to support and motivate you along the journey.

What is it like to work with me?
I’m here to take your hand and guide you through your unique journey to make peace with food, eat mindfully and reclaim your life from diets.
You define what the coaching process looks like for you.
As a psychologist and eating coach based in Dublin, I provide a nourishing and non-judgmental space to support you on your specific challenges.
I help you define the wellbeing objectives that matter the most to you and identify the actions which not only will get you there, but that you can realistically maintain for the rest of your life.
We do that by meeting online for 90 min at the frequency that suits you best. And we work together at the small, sustainable changes you can start implementing in your daily life.
Over time, you will see clear progress and the health benefits that come with making those changes.
Eating Mindfully
Unlike diets, learning to eat mindfully it’s not about rules and guidelines.
The focus shifts from eating for weight-loss to nourishing your body.
Ultimately, you learn to connect mind and body and to become aware of what it is that your body wants and needs the most.
This way you also become more appreciative of your body and start taking care of it in many different ways, dropping the negative sel-talk and judgment on its shape and size.
When your mind is in the right place the process of looking after yourself becomes easy.

One to One Nature Session
To comply with the current HSE Guidelines this option is temporarily unavailable.
90 Minute One to One Session walking in nature is conducive to relaxation and activates the creative mind.

We walk for approximately 45 minutes, focusing the individual session on you and your needs.
Then we get back to our starting point, grab a coffee and work together to identify solutions and create an action plan to move you forward to where you want to be.
The investment for a single session is 85 euros.
