Life Coaching 

My role as a coach is to support you identify your most meaningful goals and overcome your challenges, may them be emotional stress eating or a lack of body confidence. Our sessions will be focused on your specific needs. They will stimulate a greater understanding on how your mind shapes the food choices you make today and have you achieve the well-being goals you have been chasing after for a long time, without restriction or dieting.

Is it For Me?

We all have personal goals in mind. The best path to achieving them, though, isn’t always very clear. My knowledge and experience as a psychologist and coach will support you to get that clarity. If you are tired of YoYo dieting and are ready to commit to removing the words “diet” and “lose weight” from your vocabulary this is for you. With my help, not only will you be able to close the gap on your goals, but you will also break through to the other side.

What is it like to work with me?

As a life coach based in Dublin, The Mindful Body provides a nourishing environment that offers an opportunity for self-discovery and self-reflection. Over time, you will see clear progress toward your goals and the health benefits that come with taking these steps. 

Mindful Eating

Unlike diets, mindful eating it’s not about rules and guidelines.

And weight-loss is not even the main benefit, even if by making mindful eating part of your life and practicing it regularly, you might lose the extra weight and keep it off. Ultimately, you learn to love your body more and to take care of it in many different ways. 

When your mind is in the right place the process of looking after yourself becomes easy.

A One to One Online session where we dedicate time to understand what health goals you want to achieve, where you are now and what’s holding you back.

    One to One Nature Session

    To comply with the current HSE Guidelines this  option is temporarily unavailable.

    90 Minute One to One Session walking in nature is conducive to relaxation and activates the creative mind.

    We walk for approximately 45 minutes, understanding where you’re at and what goals you want to achieve.

    Then we get back to our starting point, grad a coffee and work together to identify solutions and create an action plan to move you to your goal.
